Dedicated, motivated, and able to shoulder heavy responsibility are ways I describe Chantell. We worked together at Coram on the Hemophilia Services team and had a fantastic relationship which was helpful in closing the loop between field sales and Marketing's management of that brand. We worked especially closely during a six month period after CVS Caremark's acquisition of Coram during which we successfully integrated Coram Hemophilia Services into the CVS enterprise. It has become a cliche and everyone seems to have "attention to detail" on their resume. While it may be just a buzzword for most, Chantell has an uncanny ability to let no detail slip through the cracks. She must have a combination of an extremely sharp memory and a highly efficient organizational system. This, along with her natural ability to juggle the details with the big picture, allow her to outperform from the strategic planning phase through effective execution. When internal and external guests visited the office or a meeting, Chantell was always the one to initiate a lunch or dinner, and had the natural ability to bring the team together. I thoroughly enjoyed working with such a professional and any organization that has Chantell on their team has made a very good decision.
