Case Manager - National Self Insurance I managed a portfolio of 120 claims from eligibility onwards. Within this role I was working with our self insured company to ensure we met their individual KPIs but also ensured all workers were either returning to work safely and within the medical clearance or working alongside an occupational rehabilitation provider to retrain and or up-skill injured workers to move into a new field of employment.
