Also updating all staff on any event related changes that may affect the event. Ensure that customer service and member comfort, satisfaction and security are paramount at all times. Handles customer complaints and member queries in a professional and diplomatic manner and pass on relevant complaints to the Operations Manager. Ordering and collecting of function equipment from surrounding businesses. Ensure a sufficient supply of linen and consumables are on hand for all forthcoming functions. Also manage the supplies of linen, serviettes, floral arrangements, crockery, AV requirements and all other associated equipment and supplies.
