Joining Amazon can be a little overwhelming for the first few months, and it takes some time to ramp up. Chantal was the exception. She learned the culture, the processes, and the systems quickly and exemplified the leadership principle, Learn and Be Curious. As soon as she was ramped up, she started building partnerships across Amazon and turning her vision for Campus Military hiring into a reality. She was more than a recruiter. She built a recruiting program/strategy from scratch in record time, and immediately took ownership of helping her candidates through their time in her program, even though she didn't have to. She worked so closely with her military candidates that she spent additional time mentoring them to ensure they were having a good experience at Amazon. Chantal is one of the hardest working people I've ever known, with great ideas she is not afraid to implement. She's organized, independent, process oriented, flexible, responsible, personable, and overall she's a complete joy to work with.

Monica Artrip

Chantal is an incredible teammate. She is passionate about the military community and providing support to candidates. She is able to take a complex and ambiguous problem, find a path forward, and bring clarity to stakeholders at all levels. She also creates an environment that allows people to bring their authentic and best self.
