Channy cares about what she does. Which makes her an absolutely amazing person to work with. If you manage people then you want her to be your Head of People. When I worked with Channy I was looking after a 30 person department. And it's not an exaggeration to say that I couldn't have managed that without her. She has a great understanding of what it takes to successfully partner with her management team and achieve great outcomes for everyone. She created policies and fought for initiatives that are still making a difference to my ability to attract and retain staff to this day. I miss the energy and enthusiasm she bought to her role. I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.
