  BASIC FUNCTION:To take responsibility for the Cash Desk and Department Operation in the day to day running of the Cage Department by ensuring Cash Desk operation is running smoothly to achieve the business growth.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - The immediate responsibility for the Cash Desk Department operations. Maintain the security and integrity of the Cash Desk Operations. - Direct supervision of the cash desk, change booth in the cash desk department. Maintain sufficient cash, coins, tokens, chips, and numbered forms at an acceptable level to ensure the efficient operation of the casino.- Ensure the casinos’ cash and cash equivalents held under control of the cash desk are correctly balanced, recorded and secured. - Liaise with other casino departments and patrons as required to ensure the cash desk procedures are discharged effectively.- Ensure staffs adhere to and discharge their duties accordingly. - Ensure that all cash desk functions are carried in accordance with the procedures.
