  I was a cooker in fried side and do various tasks like making salads, frying, and desserts of the restaurant. Some nights I stayed until close at 12 am, So I had to clean all my working areas and some other areas. I needed to monitored menus and must remember how to make all salads, desserts, and all fried dishes. And cooperated with other sides to delivered them the fried dishes that served with main dishes.

The experiences I have gained were about planning process of loading and discharging containers on vessels. Learned about containers sizes and learning how to solve issues in some situations that happened in the container yard, vessel delayed or transport issues. I communicated with cargo’s chief and… I have learned about Logistic process of Hutchison Ports (Thailand).
