I met Chang when I was a Product Owner for the Scrum Team building the Rules Engine - it's a CDN customer configuration tool with very complex validation logic. He joined the team when we were already in the middle of this project. Right from the start I was very impressed with his deep technical knowledge and attention to details. Chang is a good listener and fast learner. Most importantly, he showed genuine interest in all things CDN and Rules Engine. Very quickly he became indispensable. I admire his fundamental approach, he likes to get to the bottom of things. We spent a lot of time together talking, brainstorming and learning from each other. Chang is an extremely professional and hardworking person. He always has a lot of good ideas for improvements and optimization, shows a great deal of initiative, cares about his work, puts significant effort into it and delivers high quality results. Chang quickly earned my trust, and I know I can come to him with the most delicate and technically complex issues. He consistently exceeded my expectations.
