I was incredibly lucky to work closely with Chanel as my manager and mentor. Chanel is someone who understands people keenly; she is aware of and able to balance conflicting priorities from different stakeholders exceptionally. Her strong interpersonal skills as well as resolve to get things done is what enables her to design and implement projects from start to finish. One of the things I was awed by was her creativity and ability to present fresh ideas from different areas of experience and knowledge. She continuously brought valuable ideas and discussions to the table, and I have no doubt she would be an incredible addition to any company. She is also someone who is honest and down-to-earth, and I will miss working with her.
