Novus Via Society create and support positive change for social injustice, inequality, poverty and mental health. We are inheriting the Earth and all of its problems, it's our job to do better, to lead our generation and the ones that come after us, to create a better Earth, and a fairer society. Novus Via is Latin for "New Way", and that's exactly what we believe in; that's what we're about, to do things differently, to do better, to be better, to bring about change and inspire. We have made a difference in the following ways: - Creating internships, apprenticeships, mentoring programmes and partnerships between young adults and youth groups, organisations or successful and inspiring individuals. - Professional and academic support and guidance i.e. CV writing, academic writing, interview prep, career coaching, referrals to services and funding for business attire. - Providing life-saving essentials to homeless communities such as food, water, clothing, sleeping bags, thermal equipment as well as working with them to find stability and employment through our coaching programme and referrals. - Creating workshops and discussions on how to identify and express emotional distresses whilst providing a confidential support network for those who may need it.
