  This role required me to act as a voice for the students helping them with any issues or concerns they face whilst undertaking their degree, I approached them with confidence via email or face to face and they also find me approachable. I then reported the issues to the members of staff about the complaints that I had received. The complaints that I put forward from the students are then recorded in the minutes and I then requested responses from the staff. After listening to their responses I noted down what they have said on matters. I then communicated the members of staff comments on this, back to the students who issued the concern via email and also face to face
