I have had the abundant pleasure of working with Chanelle both indirectly while she was on the launch team and directly when she helped with the training and performance monitoring of new outsourcing agents. When Chanelle joined Ritual, I was impressed by how quickly she ramped up in her new role - within weeks, she was managing the merchant onboarding process of an entire region in the US. Not only was she effective in executing her core work, she always had a positive attitude and was quick to help out team members with their workload as well. After joining me on the quality control team, she played a pivotal role in a business critical project of ramping up a cohort of almost 20 outsourcing agents. These agents needed to learn operations skills in a radically condensed time of just a couple of weeks, and success on their ramp up hinged on tight daily auditing of their work and weekly training sessions. I was very impressed by how thoroughly Chanelle audited the agents' work, how she never failed to reach her daily audit targets, and how she always had positive energy throughout. On top of that, she was proactive in identifying areas that agents could improve on and helped create training material with minimal prompting. The agents loved interacting with her on video during the training sessions, and thanks to Chanelle's hard work, the outsourcing team was able to improve their performance week after week. I highly recommend Chanelle as an amazing person to work with and have no doubt that any company would benefit greatly from her joining!

Chanelle is an extremely talented, resourceful & hardworking professional! For the past 8 months Chanelle has expertly filled the role of Merchant Operations Specialist at Ritual across the launch & quality control teams. I was particularly impressed at how quickly she adapted to the duties of her role in such a fast paced environment. She effortlessly utilised her skills always delivering excellent partner experience, building relationships & delivering high quality in her work. No matter what the task set to her was, she adjusted & delivered excellent results time and time again with a smile! Chanelle would be an amazing asset to any team lucky enough to have her & earns my highest recommendation.
