  OPERATIONS: Working from the ground up in developing sustainable infrastructure to support from inception through its growth. Serve as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed, and the law firm’s resources are used responsibly, particularly in the areas of office networks, computers, and any additional peripheral equipment. Evaluate new technologies and manage their introduction to the law firm. Discuss policy matters with firm leadership and recommend major changes in IT program activities. Analyze operating systems, productivity software, and any other technical solutions to determine optimum configuration for the installation and impact on existing systems. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: During my tenure I was instrumental in expanding the Challa Law Group in North Carolina and India. Identify an important target market, research market variables that would affect price point and expectation of deliverables. Assess operational infrastructure needs and logistics related to new market expansion. Work with local organizations, government and businesses to market and ramp up growth.
