I am the Shipping/Fulfillment manager of Fusion of Ideas. We ship out customized iPads, iPods, Speakers, and tons more for clients such as Audi, Capital One, and Davita. I Lead the warehouse (including logistics and transportation), fulfillment, gift wrap, and customer service/order processing teams and deliver strategic initiatives and financial goals. I develop and manage processes to ensure 100% achievement of client commitments. I manage all activity in the warehouse including movement of products in and out of inventory, pallet storage, inventory reports, and cycle counts. I am in charge of interviewing, selection, training, performance evaluation and recommendation for salary actions. I am also in charge of all returned RMA devices from large Enterprise clients. We inspect the device, repurpose the device, then we ship back out to repeat Enterprise clients.
