  Implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) on Filling and Packing of Shampoo and Conditioner Lines (SCOOP Line) and save daily 1 hr of QC checker in quality department. SPC is the method of quality control employs statistical methods to monitor and control the process. Line operator has to do hourly sampling and compare the weight with control limits. Quality software has been developed which pulls the weight of sampled finished product from the weighing machine with automatic taking average of samples and comparing with respective control charts and save it in the system for further acceptance of the batch. SPC ensures that the process operates efficiently and produces more specification conforming products with less rework. Show less
