To whom it may concern, This letter is my personal recommendation for Chandrajit More. Chandrajit was employed by Millis as an earthwork and underground utility estimator from June 2011 to October 2012 in Sugar Land Texas. In the short time Chandrajit was with us, he was able to make a huge impact on our team. His attention to detail, reliability and work ethic was a positive influence on all of us. No matter the work load, Chandrajit had a way of always staying positive and always pushing forward. Chandrajit showed a lot of initiative and was able to come up with several ideas that made our estimating system more efficient and more productive. From refining and simplifying our bid template to better assist with scheduling and budgeting to helping build our pre-construction process prior to the start of a project. Chandrajit was not afraid to share his ideas and let us know when there was something he felt was not working efficiently. All in all, Chandrajit was a valuable asset to the Millis team and we wish his time in the United States could have been longer. I have known Chandrajit as a classmate at Singad college of Architecture and later as a colleague at Narendra Dengle and Associates. During this time I have had the pleasure of knowing Chandrajit’s work ethics and academic interests closely as we worked together on several projects. He was known to be good at academics and has represented SCOA in inter collegiate quizzes at the National level. He is a hardworking person with a keen interest in gaining knowledge and understanding the workings of a building/project. He has an ability to work well in teams and share responsibility. As a co-worker at NDA, we had the opportunity to work on several presentations to the client meeting tight deadlines and a lot of co-ordination. He is a good team player and always put the team first. He is a good communicator and has a strong analytical mind. Above all, he is a sincere and honest individual. He would be an asset for any company.
