The Server first authenticate the user (we used MYSQL for authentication) and sends Notification to the watcher at regular time intervals. After a specific period, Server sends a message either to resubscribe or to terminate. If watcher terminates, the watcher information is removed from the database. Else, the re subscription of the watcher takes place.
