      In August 2014, I decided to start a new business. I purchased a Mobile Phone Store Franchise from the Fonehouse Group. We opened our store in the Westgate Shopping Centre in Stevenage. We offered new contracts and upgrades on the EE and Vodafone networks. We also sold Pay as You Go and accessories and did in-store Repairs of mobile phones and tablets. My duties were: • Manage the day-to-day running of the business. • Being the first point of contact for customers when they entered the store. • Advising customers and answering queries where possible. • Putting through transactions. • Ordering stock and managing accounts both for the store and with the various suppliers. In November 2016, we decided to leave the Fonehouse Group and rebrand the store as an independent. We kept the same premises but renamed the store to Rectify. This allowed us to focus on our core business which was repairing phones and tablets. We provided high quality in-store repair services to over 3000 consumers and several businesses in the area. In April 2017, we were made an offer for the business from a successful group selling computer games and hardware which we accepted. The sale is now in process and will be completed by Mid-May 2017.
