To whom it may concern, I had the pleasure of working with Chandra both as a coworker and her assistant manager for over eight years at Willamette Oaks. In that time, Chandra showed me again and again how a leader should inspire and encourage her team. She consistently went above and beyond to help each employee find their strengths, grow as a team, and work collaboratively toward our shared vision. She is passionate, extremely hard working, and incredibly positive. That positivity is honestly what got not only me, but many coworkers, through months of fear and uncertainty due to COVID-19. Chandra improved communication with the team by learning how each employee best communicates, while also boosting morale in extremely stressful times. Her belief in her team is what made it so difficult for me to leave the company we were with. Being her assistant manager was truly a pleasure, and I knew how hard it would be to find someone who I work so well with, or who cares as much about her employees, as Chandra did. Anyone would be lucky to have Chandra’s bright smile, contagious laughter, and inspiring passion on their team. If you'd like to know anything else about my experience with her, please reach out to me at kahightower7@gmail.com. Sincerely, Kay Hightower

To Whom It May Concern: It’s my absolute pleasure to recommend Chandra Bigelow. Chandra was my supervisor at Willamette Oaks Senior Living for the past two years. I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Chandra and have come to know her as an enthusiastic and insightful leader. She is experienced, honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. She has the ability to combine innovative, progressive vision with solid standards and the highest level of professionalism. Chandra’s knowledge of the emotional, social, and environmental needs of residents/customers, and her ability to manage an entire staff while overseeing all aspects of operations and departmental programming, demonstrate the highest level of organization, flexibility, creative problem solving, and subject matter expertise. Along with her undeniable talent, Chandra has always been an absolute joy to work with. She is both a team player and a team leader. She initiates positive discussions that bring the best out in everyone around her. I confidently recommend Chandra Bigelow to any team fortunate enough to attract her. She is a dedicated and knowledgeable visionary and leader. I am certain that she will be a beneficial addition to any organization that she chooses to join. Please feel free to contact me at angelaxdavis@gmail.com. I’d be happy to expand on my recommendation. Best Regards, Angela L Davis
