Christopher is one of the top professionals to work with whom I have ever met. He is a great communicator, very organized and efficient, with an understanding of high-level, complex projects. He is dedicated, loyal, insightful, and independent. He was always able to successfully complete complex tasks with favorable results despite deadline pressures. Christopher always maintains very good relations with co-workers and clients. He is an asset to any organization.

As an Operations Manager, I play a pivotal role that encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities within sales, field service, and project management. Beyond the conventional boundaries of the title, I am entrusted with the management of a wide-ranging portfolio of client accounts, which span from individual private practices to large multi-site health care systems, specifically focusing on their diagnostic imaging equipment. In this dynamic position, I leverage my problem-solving acumen and effective communication skills to oversee and coordinate a spectrum of operational activities. This includes spearheading Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management, Sales Operations Management, and Field Service. By maintaining direct involvement and providing oversight across multiple departments and teams, I am able to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our operations and offer invaluable guidance that aligns with our company goals. This "big picture" perspective empowers me to make informed decisions that drive us towards success. In summary, my role as an Operations Manager allows me to excel at the intersection of sales, field service, and project management. With a focus on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strategic growth, I continuously strive to elevate our performance and contribute to the ongoing success of our organization within the ever-evolving landscape of medical technology and health care. • Office Manager
      • Feb 2015 - Jan 2018

During my time as office manager, I was able to evaluate existing processes in place related to customer service, documentation/reporting, and internal staff communications and provide recommendations to the executive team areas that could be improved through procedural development and implementation. One main area of quantifiable process improvement was in the documentation/reporting of field services provided to client accounts with the implementation of a cloud based field service CRM software. In doing so, this not only improved communication and efficiency between our internal teams, but significantly reduced lost revenue for billable services and products provided during service calls. The Presidents Leadership Council was an on-campus organization designed to recognize students who have high levels of experience displaying leadership. Students are recruited from high school as they apply to Johnson & Wales University and students who look to continue their leadership involvement and growth throughout their academic and professional career with the University. This organization is actively involved in a number of volunteer organizations and strives to achieve more and more each academic year. As an incoming Freshman, I was accepted into the organization and continued to stay active each year. I was elected as Co-Chair of the organization during my third year. This position involved working side by side with my Co-Chair to ensure a successful academic year ahead by planning meaningful opportunities for our members to grow their leadership skills. • College Ambassador Program Chair - The Presidents Leadership Council
      • Sep 2010 - Apr 2012

As a member of the Presidents Leadership Council, I had the opportunity to take the position for this program we held on campus. Working with College Crusades Rhode Island, Our organization was able to bring inner city youth middle school students on campus to experience college life for a day. Through this program, we developed a day filled with activities with everything from a career fair; which explained the different majors at the university all the way to campus tours. This program was truly inspirational because our members were able to connect with these kids on a level that adults and teachers were unable to. By exposing the idea of college to these students, we were showing them an idea for their future. During my involvement with this program, we hosted over 300 students and had more than 5 total visits from multiple schools. Show less
