  In my role with RapidView Technologies, I had the privilege of working with a developing product that combined hardware and software into an all-in-one solution for the roofing industry. My responsibilities centered around customer discovery and acquisition. A significant portion of my time and effort was devoted to working with the engineering team and customers to make sure that the product in development would be a useful tool that could be integrated into their everyday business operations.
