I got to know Chandler when he was running operations for First Book, as both of our organizations shared the mutual goal of getting books into the hands of children. Chandler approached us about a unique public-private partnership he developed to provide new books to children affected by recent hurricanes. Our team at Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library was inspired and were thrilled to support the effort, which provided hundreds of thousands of books to children in need. Chandler is adept in his field, focused, and kind—personal attributes that have made him a success in doing meaningful work at scale. He has worked with a range of corporate and foundation partners, and I know the initiatives Chandler has developed will continue to have significant social impacts.

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Chandler for more than five years - and have known him as the COO of First Brook, the CEO of Experience Early Learning and the Co-Founder of Renegade. Having long worked at the intersection of innovation and social impact, I can honestly say Chandler has a singular ability to drive impact with corporations, nonprofits, and family offices. I have also seen him develop a range of highly effective public-private partnerships, including with state departments of Education. Perhaps just as importantly, Chandler leads with a keen intellect and a deep kindness; a much-valued pairing in these times.

We believe the global wine industry doesn’t offer equal opportunities to everyone—especially women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and other groups. We believe a range of systems prevent these winemakers from accessing capital and scaling their work. We believe these winemakers have stories that need to be told. We believe we have developed a new social impact and profit-sharing model that better invests in these winemakers, their farmers, and the broader community. But mostly, we believe it is a damn shame so many people don’t have the opportunity to discover these amazing wines. We are changing this and invite you to join our movement at www.gotherewines.com Show less
