Set team targets and monitor performance - Liaising with clients to receive / understand / cascade requirements - Training / mentoring new team members - Motivating team members / resolving queries / problem / Escalation handling - Responsible for conducting the first level of screening for senior level recruits - Understand screening demands and skills within area of responsibility.
