44 hospitals in 9 provinces in Cambodia had been achieved their target goals per ministry of Health by coaching them on hospital management. All health care providers working in emergency department of 44 hospitals had been trained, coached on basic life support, emergency medicine approach, severe acute malnutrition, and tuberculosis. Quality of care and patient’s volume of each hospital has increased gradually. National Clinical Practice Guidelines for adults and pediatric were published and implemented in all hospitals in Cambodia.
