While working in a Tech Lead position, my responsibilities encapsulate adhering to high-quality development standards while delivering solutions on time and on budget. I also worked in the capacity of an Architect; it is my job to manage the software design for any new work/feature while considering scalability and performance parameters; giving the work to team members, and guiding them, accordingly. Gathering specific requirements and expectations, managing client expectations as an indicator of quality, and communicating with internal clients is a prerogative of my current profile. Notably, I collaborated with Analysts, QA, and Support Engineers throughout the product lifecycle to produce high-quality, user-friendly, scalable, and bug-free software. It was my job to extend post-go-live and application maintenance support to the clients. Skillfully, conducted knowledge transfer sessions on a regular basis, in order to keep the team engaged; performed, brainstorming sessions to get more ideas on product development tasks. Furthermore, I held review meetings to ensure the timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.
