Training ◦ Training needs identification. ◦ Supervise while creating new Training Modules for organisation with trainers. ◦ Organizing various facilities required for successful execution of training. Induction/Orientation. ◦ Undertaking / coordinating all new-joining formalities. ◦ Ensuring proper Induction/Orientation for the Employee’s “Moment of Truth”. Employee Welfare Activities ◦ Organizing of various health awareness programs, Cultural programs and sports activities. ◦ Organizing different Employees welfare schemes like, discount Coupons, membership etc. ◦ Preparing Activity Calendar on half yearly & yearly bases.
