  1. Responsible for managing daily servicing & modification activities effectively and efficiently including new installation and commissioning.2. Supervising customer service operations for rendering and achieving quality services, providing first line support by answering technical queries related to equipment failure/improvement issues, ensuring minimum downtime of locomotive.3.
