Follows an annual recruiting plan utilizing media and nonmedia resources. Increases retention and referrals of temporary employees. Recruits, screens, interviews, performs reference checks, evaluates test results and hires temporary employees. Increases business with current customers. Minimizes customer attrition. Provides initial orientation for all temporary employees utilizing the Employee Handbook. Explains company policies and procedures. Maintains accurate and timely records of all customer and employee activity; provides appropriate documentation of actions in computer system. Performs a minimum of 30 marketing calls each week - consisting of calls to prospects, existing customers and/or recruiting calls. Creates and maintains a positive working environment with our four customers: clients, temporary employees, coworkers and applicants. Determines motivators and develops strategies/incentives to motivate and retain temporary staff. Investigates/acquires knowledge of competition through shopping exercises, networking events, etc. Thoroughly understands “competitors” strengths/weaknesses and maintains a file on competitors’ literature. Inform Branch Manager of potential business and recruiting opportunities with current customers; participates/contributes in branch office meetings. All other assigned duties. Show less
