  The internship experience in Acorn Pte Ltd is a fruitful one for me, starting from a Trainer position to a Planner and given the opportunity to work on a logistic project. The teaching experience in Acorn Pte Ltd had helped me enhance my skills in teaching the different level of students by equipping me the different method of classroom management techniques to engage with the class. In Acorn I have planned a different lesson plan to suit the school criteria in meeting their learning needs towards the student's growth and enhance their critical thinking during lesson time. the progression during planning helped me to escalate my creative thoughts for the school programs and also learn how to structure a good program.
