1. Responsible for the deployment project such as SIH and DPOE. I turned up 33 Nokia OLT sites and completed the acceptance test for them. I completed the migration CRQ for all the ONU customer of Springfield site including DIA and TLS services. I am leading and supporting the DPOE migration project with LBN contractor currently. I supported Nokia to design the HLD and LLD for DPOE project. 2. I completed the SIH in 2016 which turn up 15 ATN site for the SIH clinic site. All the sites passed the RFC 2544 test. At the same time I completed the ERPS change to the SIH network from RRPP protection. 3. Complete the ERPS change for Davenport Enterprise network. 4. Lead the Comcast network deployment project. Project Experience 1) Lead the project delivery team as technical manager for the SMRT MSTP project (Singapore Subway) in Singapore. The MSTP network used SDH equipment whose modules are OSN 550, OSN 3500 and OSN 7500II, to replace the old equipment (May – August 2014) 2) Directed and supervised the network optimization for Guangzhou branch of Sinopec Company. This project was to replace the original SDH equipment of the customer, directing our team using professional tools to translate the configuration code from the original SDH equipment to Huawei equipment, and then creating the migration solution plan (March 2014) 3) Lead the project delivery team as technical manager for the BT-GTN project for British Telecommunication Company in England. This is a DWDM network and connects from South Africa to Western Europe using OSN 1800 and OSN 8800 (September – December 2913) 4) Lead the project delivery team as technical manager for the SONET network project in Japan. SONET Company is a subsidiary of SONY Corporation. This project used OSN 1800, OSN8800, PTN series and G-PON technique. The SONET project was the basic network infrastructure supporting the video signal and data signal for the customer in Japan (August – November 2012) 5) Lead the project delivery team as technical manager for a MODA WDM project for a military communication network in Saudi Arabia. (March – July 2012) 6) Lead the project delivery team as technical manager to carry out a WDM project for the military in Jinan Province, China (December 2011 – March 2012) 7) Directed and supervised network optimization for TV Broadcast Company and the Electrical Power Company of Jiangsu Province, China.
