• Systems Analyst

  Primary responsibility in leading or participating in Information Services projects to support new and installed systems. Responsibilities include: planning, selection, design, testing, documentation, training, implementation and ongoing support. Additional responsibilities include working with management and staff to define problems and devise solutions, perform workflow analysis and participate in process redesign, also engaging in quality control and facilitating change management.
