Chamal always finds more efficient and intelligent ways to get a job done; and manages to stay calm under pressure. Whether it is sourcing and implementing automated application deployment processes; or collaborating with the membership department to improve web application forms, Chamal takes on every project enthusiastically and overcomes any and all obstacles to get the project completed. I have witnessed Chamal’s dedication to his career goals for almost three years as his manager at the Harvard Club; he managed to work fulltime and continue to maintain a full college curriculum. He is definitely one of the most dependable and thoughtful colleagues I have the pleasure to work with.
