  Accountable for overall company’s financial, operational & safety performance, leading & managing all aspects of the Airline Operation ranging from Finance, Flight Operations Management, Human Resources, Government Relations, Government Affairs & Regulatory Compliance, External & Corporate Affairs / CSR, IT, Commercial, as well as Quality & Safety Compliance.  As member of the Board of Directors, reporting directly to the expatriate President & working with other Board Members on overall strategy development, implementation & execution.  Designated as the Airline’s “Accountable Manager”, driving & ensuring the Airline meet Safety regulations & requirements as well as the critical compliance to EASA, FAA & ICAO international standards.  Directly manage 5 expatriate Chiefs and Directors comprising of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Safety Director and Quality Director, while overseeing approximately 350 staff company-wide with a total of 40 expatriate staff / pilots.  As Acting Chief Support Officer (CSO), managing & ensuring all back office support operation such as HR & union related disputes among pilots and operation team are resolved amicably.
