When constructing a team you have to find the right people to fit the right roles. Chaim is a designer that can fit multiple holes with his diverse skill set. I hired Chaim to join our growing design team and he was a true glue guy that helped people in every department, often without being asked. Anything we needed to complete whether it was a magazine ad, poster design, banner ad, marketing, biz dev, feature updates to our application, or branding the company, Chaim jumped in and completed. Serving as my Art Director, he would often work with other designers under my direction, help guiding the process and mentoring the more junior members of the team. He’s a great communicator and effectively enforced our design principles to the team. He ensured our design systems we put in place for our interfaces were consistent, pixel perfect, and up to our standards. He’s passionately curious, and as a result this lead him to want more out of his role to branch out and learn more about business development, strategy, and product development. While this sadly meant he would move on from being my second in command, I knew it was the right move for him professionally and personally. He’s committed to improving himself, but he also cares about the people around him and enjoys helping them on their path to success as well. Chaim will do whatever it takes to help a company succeed, and he motivates the people around him with his influencing and optimistic outlook. Chaim is definitely someone I would want to work directly with again.
