What can one say about workign with Chaim? Well, he is exactly the type of people working with makes your job much more satisfying. Both the dedication and the professionalism and so great. Chaim was essencial for me launching some of our new products and functionalities. The will to learn and deeply understand the solutions, and be later on the voice in front of the customers made my job much easier. The valuable insights, ideas and the so polite and friendly way of working together would be super valuable to any organization. Looking forward working together again the future champ!

I´ve coincided with Chaim in many opportunities and projects we handled in 2022 at TechSee. He is an outstanding professional, very responsible person with great communication skills, able to explained complicated processes to both engineers as well as executives with no technical knowledge. He picked up the customers needs and was able to offer solutions right a way which contributed greatly getting crucial company key deals. Anybody who is lucky enough to work with Chaim can be sure the job will get done and you´ll have fun on the way.

I completed a highly successful 15 month industrial placement here which allowed me to improve my inter-personal, project management and time management skills and gain some real life experience of time-critical projects whilst working in largely remote teams. My tasks were: 1) To look at the existing structure for all 15 contact centres and work with them to design a set of call flows that would ensure they have their existing configuration, but at the same time ensure they can take advantage of any new features available to them - the key was not to impact the customer at all or as little as possible, wherever possible. 2) To be an assistant test lead for this project, including writing the test scripts. 3) To investigate and define a set of formats for any phone numbers stored in the CRM system so that the new call centre software can identify inbound callers via their caller ID and perform various tasks, such as bringing up activity data in front of an answering agent to improve customer experience and response times. Once this was completed I analysed the approximately 500,000 phone numbers stored to gauge their suitability for the new environment and then worked to have any incorrect data cleaned using manual and automated methods in record time. 4) Being the technical lead on switching over an entire department's email setup to one that is more robust for use by multiple at once and in multiple locations. My experiences and extensive knowledge gained here led me to become the sole lead on consolidating the department's complex setup of email accounts, user groups and shared storage access into a far simpler arrangement - a project that was completed without a single hitch. 5) Setting up various SharePoint sites and tailoring them to a department's or individual's needs. 6) Supporting multiple tools for issues such as access, functionality, etc. 7) Creating training and user materials based on my work and experiences during my time at Agilent.
