I have never met someone who has more dedication to his ideals. Yet Chai also has the patience and diplomacy to bring less focused people along on what he considers an important journey. Chai was perhaps the most valuable player in the integration of our digital and "traditional" teams, powered by his passion for communications and his wise understanding that a brand is much more than its online presence - which at the time was blasphemy among the digital experts. Chai has a calm, yet tireless energy about him, which make him both an exciting sparring partner for strategic planning, and the man to rely on when the daily business gets rough.
