With over 20 franchises around New Zealand, I took on this amazing opportunity to be their head of marketing across New Zealand. Some of my tasks were, but not limited to: - Creating all marketing for 20+ national franchises. - Organising head office travel and accommodation. - Creating quarterly promotions. - Working with signage companies for each franchise’s van livery to be done as per brand guidelines. - Organising National & Regional Conferences which include: - Liaising with hotels, venues & caterers. - Coordinating with franchises for attendance, accommodation, dietary restrictions and travel. - Creating conference brochures, presentations and agenda.   Ray White has been a casual project I had been working for, with the main work being photographically based. When Ray White re-branded themselves in early 2017, all agents had to have their photographs taken again so they could be included within the new web-pages, market reviews, and business cards. Before this, there were just minor document placement settings being played with, and previous business card layouts being made to the Ray White brand specifications. In early 2018, we set off to create and re-vamp the quarterly market reviews that would be sent out to home owners within the area. This included changing the PDF designs, and taking new photographs of the areas to fit in with the demographic. Show less
