Chad is a fantastic marketing pro and even better manager. He has the perfect balance of delegating and taking on tasks. There is no job he would ask you to do that he wouldn’t do himself if he had the time. In addition, his experience managing a team is apparent in his mix of routine and variety. With weekly themed meetings, he keeps the team focused on growth and the task at hand while leaving space for the unexpected. If we ever disagreed, I found my ideas challenged in a productive and positive way that resulted in a better outcome every time. In other words, he made me look good and never took the credit. Chad is an advocate for his team and pushes them to reach their highest potential. I learned so much from working under him and will always appreciate his mentorship.
