I have known Mark for many years now supporting him with not only East Cambs District Council network, but also working with him under the CPSN Framework. Mark has always looked at things with an open mind, making decisions that work for East Cambs as well as the CPSN partnership. He is very knowledgeable, supportive and has been a pleasure to work with as a supplier. I would thoroughly recommend Mark who has the skills and personality to work on an individual basis as well as within a team.

Mark Holman

Having worked with Mark, whilst he was at East Cambridgeshire District Council, as one of the partner representatives of the Cambridgeshire Public Service Network, I have always found him to be highly approachable with a wealth of practical knowledge. He is a highly knowledgeable individual with a wide experience of ICT and a great communicator, who was always straightforward to deal with and would be an asset to any company.
