Natural Retreats US LLC, has expanded its US resort portfolio from our first two destinations in 2012, to our current portfolio of over twenty. Our plans for further expansion are based in the luxury resort market, with a focus on experiential destinations and areas of incredible natural beauty. We seek the finest vacation destinations throughout North America and focus our interest on the acquisition and management of high quality vacation rental businesses with sustained growth and strong consistency of increased revenues, lodges and boutique resort hotels in true "Natural Retreats" locations. The Business Development Department of Natural Retreats was formed in January of 2013. My responsibilities were to efficiently manage the growth of our luxury vacation rental and comprehensive property management portfolio, representing the highest levels of quality in both the eastern and western markets. This initial endeavor spawned a much more significant enhancement of our own Natural Retreats brand, further substantiated by our proprietary software platform, NRES. Today we are ranked in the top tier of all global villa/vacation rental brands and have successfully grown our own resort portfolio to 25 luxury resort destinations, successfully transitioning each of these unique businesses of exceptional quality into the NR family.
