From the moment I interviewed Chad, I knew he was our guy. The epitome of a self-starter, Chad founded an online teen magazine long before he could drive. The time and effort he put into growing that into a business, and then parlaying that into a position with my team at Total Assault was remarkable. In his time with Total Assault Chad's creativity, tenacity and passion for marketing and publicity were on full display. His ability to turn business acquaintances into profitable relationships was unmatched.

I had the great pleasure of working closely with Chad in many different facets while we were both at Total Assault for a number of years. He was hands down one of the easiest and friendliest co-workers I've had and always felt comfortable enough that I could come to him with issues, questions, or anything else that I knew he could conquer. Chad's ability to think outside of the box was the reason why our team was so effective. He would bring completely new ideas and opportunities to the table that everyone on our team could use for their own projects. It was a very sad day to see Chad move on, but he has continued to keep up that professional relationship, finding ways that we could continue to work together. I would recommend Chad to any company or organization looking for a motivated, intelligent, easy and outgoing person to work with. You won't regret it!
