To me, Chad Yuen is a fantastic leader. On many occasions, I have witnessed his leadership when it comes to managing and guiding his team in the admissions office. Admission employees would heed his counsel willingly due to how wise and kind he is. Additionally, he has taken the initiative to dive a little bit deeper into the lives of those he serves and strives to aid them whenever possible. Due to such actions, the employees adore and respect him and many would also agree with me that he has created an atmosphere of comfort and love in the office. I can also say that he is a people person and is skilled and able to work and communicate with them despite their background. He is easily able to adapt his speech to meet the needs of understanding of the recipient with the utmost respect and care. I endorse him for all he has done and will continue to for the admissions office and all those who are associated with him.
