From the initial meeting, I knew that working with Chad would be imperative to the success of the project, as his vision and approach to delivering the project was extremely impressive. Chad ensured that I had all the requirements in advance, and ensured I had sufficient background and information to deliver a fully functional solution that would be deployed to meet the clients strategic Programme Management needs. Chad took the time to understand the solution and could see the value of implementing it, to derive the value that the client was striving to achieve. Chad was always very well prepared for the workshops to scope the requirements for the implementation. His communication style was always clear and to the point, which made the delivery of this project a success. Chad was extremely dedicated to the delivery of the project, and made a tremendous effort in going above and beyond, to ensure that the delivery of the project was not at risk, when there were instances where there was some resistance.
