As an ALIGNMENT Studio Intern, I assisted Clemson University's community outreach program through the School of Architecture in a primarily design-build capacity. The construction of trail heads for increased usage and connectivity in Clemson University's large experimental forest. Show less

    • Student Project Manager
      • Jun 2015 - Aug 2015

As a member of the design-build team form the Clemson Architecture Center in Charleston I served as a Student Project Manager, coordinating the construction portion of a micro-kitchen for Mill Village Farms. This kitchen, formally known as "CropStop," will allow community members in the Greenville area to clean, prepare, and store fresh produce grown locally. The construction method is quite unique. In leu of traditional stick framing, a system of interlocking, computer-cut, plywood is joined and fastened using stainless steal zip-ties in an attempt to keep cost low and construction waste free. For more information, please visit: http://www.millvillagefarms.org/cropstop-farm-kitchen/ Show less
