As Chief Estimator at HPS Mechanical, Inc., I'm responsible for directing and overseeing all operations of the HPS's estimating department. Develop policies and procedures related to the bid process as well as reviewing bids and proposals before they are sent out. I'm tasked with tracking along with the estimating team project performance of projects that we have been successfully awarded. I help identify risks on complex projects and assist with making decisions on how to estimate projects. I supervise and train the estimating staff, coordinate with project managers and work under the direction of the company President. My number one goal is to encourage our estimating team to be the best at what we do.
