Chad's responsibilities included the development, integration, test and sustainment of fielded mission systems and services for the Littoral Surveillance Radar System (LSRS) as well as development of high fidelity training systems for the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program. While in this role, Chad led an organization of more than 130 individuals and major subcontractors to execute a multi-year development effort, delivering a suite of high-fidelity training simulators and training curriculum on time and within budget to the Navy in 2016. Also in this assignment, he led a sustainment contract effort for the fielded LSRS mission system that exceeded availability requirements within budget every year. In parallel with the sustainment contract, he oversaw a modification program for the LSRS mission computing architecture that had a successful first flight in early 2017.
