I develop report templates, platforms, and reporting displays for Behavioral Health data using visualization software programs such as Power BI and Tableau, and using SQL to pull data from our data warehouse. I am responsible for providing statistical analysis and reporting, related but not limited to review of service recording for utilization management, monitoring of key financial indicators by programs, quality goals, customer satisfaction, and compliance to contractual obligations and process improvement projects. Additional responsibilities include development of annual reports associated with organizational and accreditation requirements, and working on assigned projects for the development of systematic protocols to support improvements in the operational structure for the Behavioral Health Division.
