  I am the Circulation Services manager for the Gates Public Library, a mid-sized suburban library in Rochester, New York. The Gates Publib Library is a member of the Monroe County Library System, a federated library system in upstate New York.I oversee all aspects of Circulation and supervise a staff of 25 clerks, desk aides, and shelving pages. I am currently in the process of collating and revising the library's circulation policies and procedures as part of the GPL Policy and Procedure team. In addition to my work in library, I also participate in system teams and projects, I am currently a member of the MCLS Usability Team, the MCLS Metrics and Analytics Team, and the MCLS Roundtable group. I am the co-founder and was the chair of Let's Talk: The MCLS Support Staff Conference. Show less
