I worked with Chad for about 10 years while at Welker and Associates. I was there the first day he started and watched him develop into and excellent EE over the course of time. Chad quickly picked up on AutoCAD, our custom CAD environment, and Company standards. We brought him into our elite group of users we called "Team CAD". It's no surprise that Chad has gone on the do great things and consistently achieve Leadership roles in the Companies were he has worked. He's a man of Honor, hard working with great work ethics and very easy to get along with. He knows how to design, run CAD and manage projects all at the same time. He's developed into a strong Leader. Well versed in various Electrical Engineering Project Disciplines, he's definitely the guy to go to for all your EE needs. I would recommend Chad to anyone searching for someone with strong work ethics and the ability to get the job done.

Chad has the ability of understanding the delicate balance between engineering and architecture. Design concepts that are complex in layering can be embraced and developed in a manner that compliments the final product. I had worked directly with Chad on architectural commissions that were demanding and required an extreme amount of flexibility by all disciplines and I’d never had to worry about Chad’s collaborative contribution and his skills at exceeding the Clients expectations. An asset to any design team.
