Chad has a great attitude, and an awesome willingness to learn. He goes the extra mile to ensure tasks are done completely, and correctly. He is very dependable, responds very well to coaching, and will go the extra mile.

I had the pleasure of working with Chad Brunsink for nearly four years as his supervising manager at Farmers Insurance. Chad is a hard worker and gives great attention to detail. I enjoyed Chad on my team and found him to be a supportive team player. He was one of three employees that had daily/weekly reporting responsibilities. He presented himself as a strong leader of this group. I never questioned the legitimacy of his work product or needed to follow up on the timeliness in completing his goals. Chad is a self-starter and self motivated. He worked well in resolving issues and was open to trying processes new ways to improve production. He had a strong relationship with the IT department and this was invaluable when system issues were presented. I enjoyed open communication with Chad and was pleased to support him as he transitioned into a new role that required greater analytical skills. When I left the department to pursue my own development goals, Chad was a member of my team with whom I truly missed working.
